The health of our guests and employees is very important to us. Therefore, we have enhanced our already high hygiene standards and carefully implement the requirements and guidelines by our authorities. We actively monitor developments around the world and adapt the necessary safety measures to the changing situation. We believe it is important to take preventive measures to avoid a repeat occurrence.

Therefore, we take part in the programme for weekly COVID tests of our employees.

The Schönruh team has been comprehensively trained on the additional cleanliness measures, guidelines and requirements. We keep our employees constantly up to date with the latest findings and developments.

Arrival and public spaces

Prior to your arrival

To reduce check-in time, kindly send us your personal data via e-mail prior to your arrival.

During your stay

To keep you and our staff safe, we have installed a protection shield at the reception.
Kindly use the hand sanitiser available at the entrance.
It is mandatory to wear FFP2 mask in public areas of our hotel. You must also wear a face mask in all public transportation and cable cars or when going to supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, churches, banks, pharmacies and medical institutions.
Our hotel is very spacious. We kindly ask you to keep a distance of at least 1 metre to other guests and our employees whenever possible.

For a safe stay

Contactless disinfectant dispensers at our hotel entrances.
Frequent cleaning intervals of all public areas (reception, lounge, elevators etc.).
Regular disinfection of high-touch objects such as door handles, keys and elevator push buttons.

Rooms – cleanliness remains top priority

Our reinforced cleaning plan in the rooms is in line with the highest cleanliness standards to guarantee a care-free stay.

We use cleaning products containing disinfectants.
As an extra precaution the housekeeping team have also removed the decorative cushions and throws from all rooms.

Public spaces

Restaurant

Along further hygiene in the kitchen and restaurant, we ensure that the tables are adequately spaced. For a comfortable dining and breakfast experience, Andrea will reserve a table for you throughout your stay.

Please wear a FFP2 mask when entering and leaving the restaurant and when visiting the buffets.
Kindly use the hand sanitizing stations when going to the buffets.
At the buffet, try to keep the minimum distance of 1 metre to other guests.
If weather is good, we are happy to lay a table for you on our sun terrace.
À la carte: At diner, we will serve a bowl of salad instead of the salad buffet.

Spa and sport

Please thoroughly clean the sports equipment with the disinfectant spray.
Kindly respect the maximum number of guests indicated in front of the sauna and steam bath.
Please make sure to comply with the minimum distance between the beds in the rest areas.
